By accessing or using DS Reports (including the website at dsreports.com and the web application at app.dsreports.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Educational Use Only
DS Reports provides historical lottery draw data and statistical analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Our content does not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or any guarantee of lottery outcomes. We do not sell lottery tickets.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Lottery draws are independent random events. Historical data and statistical analysis provided by DS Reports cannot predict, influence, or improve the probability of winning any lottery game. All lottery participation involves risk.
3. Purchases
PDF reports are sold as one-time digital purchases and delivered automatically by Gumroad email. Prices are listed in US dollars and may vary by game. Each PDF is a fixed snapshot for its stated edition and coverage period, without future draw-data updates. PDF reports and DrawMind memberships are purchased separately; neither includes the other. If a PDF has been delivered correctly and has no file problem, a change of mind alone is not eligible for a refund. Duplicate charges, delivery of the wrong file, or a damaged file that cannot be resolved by replacement or repair are handled for refund after human verification. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase. Activated DrawMind web memberships purchased through Gumroad may be submitted for refund under the membership rules in our Refund Policy. Gumroad memberships renew at the selected monthly, quarterly or yearly interval until renewal is cancelled. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a payment. 4. Free Analysis Credits
Free monthly analyses are provided as-is and subject to availability. Credits reset on the first of each calendar month and do not carry over. DS Reports reserves the right to modify or discontinue free access at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on DS Reports, including reports, analysis, charts, and text, is the intellectual property of DS Reports. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.
