This page keeps the checkout, activation, renewal, cancellation, refund, and Telegram Stars boundaries in one place. It does not change the terms of an order or replace mandatory rights that apply to a purchase.
Gumroad membership checkout and activation
At Gumroad checkout, enter the email registered with your DrawMind account. Eligible memberships are activated manually within 24 hours after successful payment, including weekends and public holidays. If the email cannot be matched, the activation clock restarts when the correct registration email and verifiable order information are received.
Renewal and cancellation
Gumroad memberships renew at the selected monthly, quarterly, or yearly interval until renewal is cancelled. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a payment. The checkout and the applicable membership account path show the terms that apply to the selected order.
Telegram Stars purchases
Memberships paid with Telegram Stars activate automatically after successful payment. Quarterly, yearly, and first-month promotional Stars purchases are one-time purchases. Do not assume a standard monthly Stars plan renews automatically; check the actual order. Stars refund requests require human review, and a proportional partial refund is not promised. Gumroad activation and refund rules do not automatically apply to Stars purchases.
Refund requests for activated Gumroad memberships
You may request a refund for an activated DrawMind web membership purchased through Gumroad. The daily rate is the amount actually paid for the current billing period divided by the total number of days in that period. Charges are counted by calendar day from and including the activation date, including days when you do not use the membership, through the day staff actually deactivate it, including that day. Staff review the order and dates to determine the final refund amount; it cannot exceed the amount actually paid for that billing period.
Within 48 hours of receiving a refund request for an activated Gumroad membership, we will review it and deactivate the membership. This period includes weekends and public holidays. It is not a promise that refunded money will arrive within 48 hours. Review, deactivation, refund submission, and receipt of funds are separate steps.
DS Reports does not charge an additional refund-processing fee. Any treatment of fees charged by the payment provider or bank must be checked for the actual transaction. Refunds require human review; an AI assistant cannot approve them. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
PDF delivery and refund requests
PDF reports are purchased separately from DrawMind memberships; neither purchase includes the other. Gumroad delivers purchased PDFs automatically by email. Each PDF is a fixed snapshot for the stated version and coverage period and does not include future draw-data updates. Before paying, check the selected product’s lottery, coverage years, file language, included files, and final price.
If a PDF has been delivered correctly and has no file problem, a change of mind alone is not eligible for a refund. Duplicate charges, delivery of the wrong file, or a damaged file that cannot be resolved by replacement or repair are handled for refund after human verification. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
