Time-weighted frequencies: descriptive methods and limits
Time-weighted frequencies: descriptive methods and limits. A sourced theoretical explanation of lottery rule models, combination counts and limits. It is not betting advice or historical analysis.
This is a theoretical calculation based on the current published rules; it is not historical draw data.
Scope and model
A time-weighted score requires a declared data source, a sorted draw chronology, a rule version, a ball-pool field and a predeclared weighting formula. This page supplies no observed score and does not call any decay setting optimal or predictive.
The article uses only the stated current rule model. It makes no claim about an archive, recent draws, player behaviour, sales, jackpot timing, future outcomes or a preferred ticket profile.
Checked calculation
The calculation below is a count of valid outcomes under the stated model:
- White-ball combinations before any weighting: 11238513.
Interpretation limit
In a fair, independent drawing with fixed rules, every valid basic-ticket combination has the same probability. Number balance, high-low splits, odd-even splits, sum bands, recent frequency, hot or cold labels, gaps, clusters and consecutive numbers do not improve one ticket's chance of winning.
